Founding Artist of Mukula – Bharatanatyam Dancer
Rooted in Tradition, Inspired by Dance
Shiny Xavier began her Bharatanatyam journey at the age of seven under the guidance of her revered Guru, M. Swaminathan. At the age of twelve, she completed her Arangetram, marking an important milestone in her journey as a classical dancer.
Since then, Shiny has performed on various stages and at events organized by the esteemed Tamil Nadu Iyal Isai Nadaga Mandram in India. These experiences have nurtured her deep appreciation for Bharatanatyam and strengthened her connection to the rich traditions of Indian classical dance.
For her, dance is more than movement—it is a way to connect with culture, express the soul, and carry a beautiful tradition forward to the next generation.
Together, Shiny and Swapna envision Mukula as more than a dance school—a place where students can learn, explore, express, and develop a lasting connection with the art and culture of Indian dance.
